Welcome to the “Spin Gold” application (referred to as “the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (collectively referred to as “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use our App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. User Account
- You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. License to Use the App
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install a copy of the App on your mobile device and to run such copy of the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the App.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the App.
- Transmitting any material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or other intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
- Any content obtained from the App.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change, we will provide notice through the App or other means. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms means you accept those changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
